Inclusive Leadership Training
Services include providing Inclusive Leadership training to the management team. Embrace Consulting has developed a 6 hour training seminar - Inclusive Leadership. This training provides best practice inclusion tools to aid in assisting managers in creating an environment in which all employees—regardless of their aspects of diversity—can contribute their best work.
Through highly engaged and interactive individual and team activities, honest self-reflection, discussion, and a series of structured assignments, managers build the skills they need to create more “Go-To” levels of performance from all employees and increase engagement and productivity. Assessments and exercises are woven throughout the program to facilitate participants’ direct application of learning to their work environments
